The Customer Service Representative must be equipped with a skillset that demonstrates empathy, problem solving skills and the ability to provide appropriate solutions for customers and referral sources.
The day-to-day functionality of this job involves servicing a large customer and referral base to fulfill Durable Medical Equipment needs.
This individual must have patience and a willingness to go above and beyond to resolve customer / referral concerns while maintaining a positive attitude.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
